Careers
Take a look at our current vacancies and if you wish to apply, download an application and create an account with our system.
Make sure your application is complete before submitting it and get in touch with our HR team if you are having any problems.
Once the vacancy has closed and if you are successful, we will contact you via email to invite you to a first stage interview. You will then receive full details about the day.
Due to the number of applicants we cannot contact unsuccessful candidates at this stage.
There are two difference stages: firstly, a written test and interview; and secondly an observation visit, where we assess how you engage with our young people.
For some positions we hold assessment days where you spend the day taking part in group discussions and a test, before successful candidates progress to a personal interview.
If you are shortlisted the process will be explained to you for the specific role you are applying for.
Safeguarding the young people we work with is of utmost importance to us, so we have vetting procedures for new staff to make sure children are safe.
We undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) checks and ask for employment references from two different sources covering the last three years of work history. Any gaps between employment or education will be identified and explained.
If you have been living in the UK for less than five years you will need to require the equivalent DBS from the country you have previously been living in.
Yes, we would love to hear from you. Use the contact form on our website and you can attach the file.
