Laverne has 12 years of experience working within the Health and Social Care sector in various roles. She joined St Christopher's Fellowship in 2015 initially as a Children's Residential Worker. During her time in the organisation, Laverne has progressed, taking on a wide range of leadership and management opportunities. Laverne is passionate about child-centred practice, and she is committed to ensuring that young people have the best experiences with the organisation. Laverne oversees the UK's operational services and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead on behalf of the organisation.

Andrew has more than 10 years’ experience in supported housing. Currently he holds responsibility for Development and Communications teams and is the primary point of contact for new partnership and contract arrangements.
