Academic journal features St Christopher’s
St Christopher’s has contributed to the International Journal of Social Pedagogy with an article focused on ‘A good day at work. But what really is a good day at work?’
The article explores how young people can develop interpersonal skills and build relationships with each other through taking part in sport. Activities like this provide opportunities for them to learn together and help each other solve problems, which leads to positive friendships.
This exemplifies one of the key components of social pedagogy – taking part in fun activities that provide opportunities for young people to learn new skills, get to know other people and grow in confidence.
