Our Gender pay gap information – for the 2023/24 reporting year
Our snapshot data is from April 5th 2024 at this time there were 250 people within our workforce:
170 women (68%) and 80 (32%) men and shows:
Men’s mean hourly rate is 4% higher than females.
Men’s median hourly rate is -1% higher than females
From the mean data men earn £1.04 for every £1 earned by female counterpart.
Our gender pay gap is 0.66p in favour of men.
There are approximately 62 posts in the upper quartile (highest paid) of which 42 (67.4%) are held by women and over the years we have taken pro-active steps to identify and close any pay disparities.
We are also taking positive action to actively recruit more men into our frontline services to provide male role models for the children, young people and families we work with.
