We’re proud to launch our latest Impact Report, and I’d love to take a moment to recognise what a fantastic milestone this is. This report isn’t just a document—it’s a celebration of our staff and carers and the incredible work they do every single day to support children, young people and their families. It reflects the heart and soul of our mission, and I encourage everyone to take the time to read it. I think you’ll feel—as I did—a real sense of pride and purpose in what we’ve achieved together over the past year.

But this isn’t just for us. Our Impact Report will be centre stage at the upcoming Commissioner’s Conference in Derby at the end of June. This event brings together commissioners from across the UK—the very people who fund and shape services for young people. It’s our chance to showcase the remarkable outcomes we deliver, which often outshine national averages and even many local authority-run services. We’re especially excited to be highlighting the brilliant work of our Isle of Man Edge of Care service, a shining example of innovation and impact in practice.

All of this feeds into our key strategic focus this year: to diversify and grow our income. Not to grow for growth’s sake, but to extend our reach – so that even more young people can benefit from the exceptional support we provide. We believe in what we do because we see the difference it makes. Now, we want others to see it too. Whether you are an existing or future team member or foster carer, or one of the many individuals or organisations that donate funds to our vital work.
