100% pass rate in Customer Service Excellence Award
St Christopher’s has retained the Customer Service Excellence Award for a consecutive year thanks to contributions from across the organisation that highlight the excellent work we do – and this year we have achieved 100% compliance!
Project Assistant Jenna Mackle co-ordinated our response this year by asking for examples from all staff about where we have provided excellent customer service, whether it’s to our young people, commissioners or colleagues. She then submitted the information to Assessor Tom Banks, who looks through what is supplied and asks to speak to people based on their submissions.
During the three day assessment, Tom visited St Christopher’s services to meet staff and young people and hear their experiences of St Christopher’s. He looked at how our values and the work we do align with the criteria that needs to be met to secure the award.
Jenna said: “This is such amazing news and recognition of the work that every single one of you do. While collating all the information needed for the report it made me feel so incredibly proud to be part of such a fantastic organisation where everyone works hard to achieve better outcomes for our young people. Well done to everyone!”
