London Borough of Ealing – 18+
Richards House is a newly refurbished modern 6 bedroom home, consisting of 3 flats with lockable bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom.
Richards House staff are on site 5 days a week (and weekends by risk assessment of need) and is available for all genders (by risk assessment of admission referral). Richards House has on call staff available for out of hours emergencies and is priced in accordance with the local affordable housing rate and our obligations as a housing association.
Tailored floating support to develop independent live skills and access professional help around emotional wellbeing and traumatic experiences (including therapeutic support).
Attention is given within key working to shared living and maintaining personal environment life skills (creating cleaning rotas, cooking healthy meals, budgeting, writing a CV, setting up bills, paying rent, getting a job, attending college).
Life skills work is evidenced independently through AQA award certificates
