Roger has retired from paid public service, and has an extensive background working for parliaments as a public servant. The former clerk of Tynwald [Isle of Man Parliament], Secretary of the House of Keys and Counsel to Mr Speaker until 2021, he has also previously risen through the ranks at the House of Commons reaching the post of Deputy Principal Clerk, after being called to the bar in 1978. Pleased to continue contributing to the wellbeing of society, he is keen for St Christopher’s work on the island to continue to be an example to others.

Juan is a consultant advising on all aspects Governance and Compliance. A fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), he is also the President of the IOM CGI Branch. Juan worked in the Trust and Corporate Provider sector for over 20 years and was appointed CEO of the Isle of Man Law Society before establishing his consultancy company. Juan has a particular interest in wellbeing and established the Law Society and CGI wellbeing committees together with the Chamber of Commerce Positive Health and Wellbeing Forum, which he chairs.

Prior to relocating the Isle of Man, Nigel has lived and worked in numerous countries, including Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Greece and Switzerland. Nigel studied Biology & Chemistry at Goldsmiths’ College, University of London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, whilst working for PWC. Nigel worked for Coca- Cola Hellenic plc for over 25 years, firstly in the role of Finance Director and subsequently as General Manager of several country business units, whilst also running the Group Information Technology function for 28 countries during his time in corporate HQ. He is currently a member of the Isle of Man Electoral Commission which will report to Tynwald in March 2024 and the Chair of Isle of Man Meat Company Ltd. He has is married with two children, both in full time education. He is a keen triathlete, follows rugby, cricket and is a longstanding supporter of Chelsea F.C.

John (BA, NPQH), is an Executive Head Teacher in London, leading a number of schools within the STEP Academy Trust. He is responsible for leadership development across the trust, developing training packages and coaching to support leaders at all levels. In 2017, John was made a National Leader of Education (NLE), recognising his experience and success in improving schools. Previously John has been the Chair of Governors for a special school and has worked in a number of schools in challenging circumstances.

Anne (MBE, MA, MSc, FHEA), is a recently retired lawyer and academic who specialised in company law and governance for over 25 years, and since has had a portfolio of activities. Throughout her career she used her legal and non-executive experience in the community, voluntary and third sector to make a social contribution as a Chair and board member on organisations that have reflected her long-standing commitment to public service, together with a passion for helping advance the lives of young people. She served as Chair of UK Youth until recently and also as a non executive Director and Chair of the People and Organisational Committee of the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
