Our initiatives on the Isle of Man include:
- Peer mentoring - Young people from St Christopher's aftercare and supported housing schemes are mentoring young people in care and recent care leavers
- Supported lodgings - In partnership with the Isle of Man Government we operate and manage a supported lodgings scheme. We assess and support individuals, couples and families who offer assistance and a room in their home to young people over 16 years of age.
- Link workers - Our children's homes, aftercare services and supported housing teams provide link workers who work across these services, to prepare and support young people in residential care through their transition to semi-independent accommodation.
