We want your ideas on how we can improve our services

We will consult you about our new policies, and whenever we change the old ones. There are even opportunities for service users to be involved in interviewing new staff.

Here's how it works

Each project chooses representatives, who act as a link between staff and service users. They help to plan and organise events, chair meetings and link up with other organisations, and meet together to discuss issues. The subjects could be health, education, accommodation, or whatever you think needs to be discussed. It could be anything from the dinner menu to the annual event to celebrate achievement.
