St Christopher's director contributes to acevo/Futurebuilders project

Acevo and Futurebuilders England came together earlier this year to find out how third sector leaders can increase their engagement with public sector commissioners. Among the third sector leaders invited to join the research project and speak at a seminar organised by acevo and Futurebuilders was St Christopher’s director of development Roy O’Shaughnessy.

The main theme of the seminar was the leadership skills and behaviours required from third sector providers and public sector commissioners to improve public services. Roy’s presentations include topics such as the challenges of joint commissioning, the role of capacity-building support, and a useful set of principles in managing relationships with commissioners.
