London Refuge on the BBC

On Monday 8 February there was a ten minute feature on the BBC1 programme 'Inside Out London' on the possibility of the London Refuge closing. Inside Out is a regional news programme broadcasting stories of interest in London. The feature, presented by care leaver and journalist David Akinsanya, was very positive about the work of St Christopher's and sought support for the Refuge to be saved.

Brian Smith and two former users of the Refuge, Lizzie and Deanna, who were featured in the programme, also spoke on BBC Radio London. Listen to:
