We are proud to announce that Kicki Loof, managing director of Journal Digital, the revolutionary software used in St Christopher’s children’s services, won the Best Evidence-Based Practice Award at the AAEBP Conference in the USA last month.
Journal Digital is the Swedish electronic database that enables us to work more systemically and more accountably with children and young people. Kicki won the prestigious award in a ceremony at the AAEBP Conference in Savannah, Georgia, on 25 September.
The AAEBP (Association for the Advancement of Evidence Based Practice) is a US association of innovative service providers, researchers, policymakers and programme developers who are committed to improving the lives of vulnerable young people, their families, and the communities they live in.
Journal digital was written and developed by social work practitioners in Sweden and further developed for use in the British Isles through a partnership with St. Christopher’s.
St Christopher's is the sole agent for Journal Digital in the British Isles. For further information go to www.stchris.org.uk/jd or email us at
