Corporate support

Work experience

We work with various organisations that support our work in different ways. Their contributions make a huge difference to the children and young people we help.

Employee volunteering

Are you looking for a charity that you and your colleagues can support? Could you run a workshop to help young people develop new skills, or paint bedrooms and communal spaces in one of our children’s homes?

We work with lots of organisations who are committed to Corporate Social Responsibility schemes. Read about the organisations who supported us on Give and Gain Day 2016 and when Google came to do some gardening in five of our services.

Mentoring young people

Many of the young people St Christopher’s works with leave school with few qualifications, have little experience of work and lack the confidence and skills they need to find a job.

Your staff can be valuable role models for our young people. Not only will you make a positive difference in your community, you’ll also engage your staff and build their teamwork skills.

Sponsor a project

We run a Life Skills Academy that teaches young people essential and valuable skills for independent living. They earn AQA awards that are recognised as formal educational achievements by colleges, universities and employers.

Many of our projects are in need of funding. Lending your support to one of St Christopher’s projects will have a huge impact on young people’s futures.

Start fundraising

Try our fundraising ideas in your office or take part in one of our challenge events and ask your colleagues to sponsor you.
