St Christopher’s Fellowship has been in operation for almost 150 years and we are experts in our field. We have a consultative approach, and prioritise the welfare of our service users, together with the differing requirements of our clients.

What our carers think of St Christopher’s:

78% of foster carers who completed our February 2010 survey said that they stayed with St Christopher’s because of the support, friendliness and professionalism of staff. There was also very high satisfaction with the day-to-day support and out-of-hours support offered.

What our looked after children think of St Christopher’s:

Those that responded to our survey overwhelmingly said they felt cared for (94%) and respected (87%) by their carers; they feel safe in their placement (100%) and that there was an adult they trusted to talk to when they had difficulties (100%).

We are keen to ensure that we are responding to your foster placement needs when we plan our foster carer recruitment drives. We would welcome an invitation to talk with you about the types of foster placements you require.
We work with local authorities to provide caring and safe foster placements for children and young people. St Christopher's supports foster carers from a wide variety of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds who are able to look after children and young people of all ages and needs.
We offer a wide range of experienced foster carers

• benefiting from access to a child and family psychiatrist for consultation
• accessing cutting edge training.

St Christopher’s fostering is part of a continuum of care provided by St Christopher’s Fellowship. All of our children and young people have access to
